Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in one bedroom and a double and twin in the second bedroom and double sleeper sofa in the living area. It has a fully equipped kitchen,  3/4 bath and gas furnace heat. A picnic table and grill are included. Parking at the nearby lot.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, 3/4 bath and gas fireplace heat. A picnic table and grill are included. Parking is in the lot.
